- Bring a pleasant demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.
- Know how to use a computer.
- Be eager to learn and able to quickly find your way around a new environment.
- Be able to work shifts Monday through Sunday between 09:00 and 22:00, including public holidays and weekends.
- Part-time work is accepted.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from customers.
- Answer customer questions about orders.
- Resolve concerns related to returns, complaints, late shipments, and damaged goods.
- Address customer account and invoice concerns.
