Requirements
- Be a native speaker of French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Have e-commerce or beauty customer service experience ideally.
- Have warm, precise writing.
- Have a genuine interest in perfume.
Responsibilities
- Help customers by email and chat in the relevant language and in English.
- Answer questions about orders, delivery, perfumes and product sizes.
- Recommend perfumes using knowledge of the catalogue.
- Resolve tricky customer cases with calm, creative problem solving.
- Share customer feedback with the team to help improve products and processes.
- Keep the help centre accurate and easy to read in the relevant language.
