Requirements
- Ideally have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Bring a strong track record in a technical product environment.
- Have blockchain experience; experience at a blockchain company is preferred.
- Use an analytical, data-driven approach to interpret data, identify patterns, and inform product decisions.
- Be confident communicating with external partners such as decentralized exchanges.
- Translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Actively use AI tools in your workflow and understand how to apply them to product work.
- Bring a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a process-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Own execution quality for the aggregation product by defining standards and driving monitoring, metrics, and features.
- Lead onboarding new liquidity sources and ecosystems from opportunity identification through launch.
- Work with the Expansion tech lead to translate business and technical needs into well-defined engineering tickets and specifications.
- Monitor API behavior and tool performance, identifying issues before they reach partners and users.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties, including decentralized exchanges and other liquidity partners.
- Collaborate with BD, QA, and Data to align priorities, surface issues, and feed improvements into the product.
