Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Have advanced Salesforce Flow experience and knowledge of Salesforce data and security models.
- Have experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
- Have working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs.
- Be able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript.
- Have examples of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.
- Understand how to place logic and data across connected systems.
- Understand lead-to-quote-to-close processes and the marketing funnel, including lead lifecycle and attribution.
- Be comfortable using AI coding and automation tools every day.
- Communicate clearly and work with business users and engineers.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the connected GTM systems, including CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales-engagement tools.
- Assess business requests, identify the underlying problem, propose options, and explain trade-offs.
- Replace recurring manual work with automation or self-service tools.
- Build automations, small tools, and integrations using approaches suited to the need.
- Maintain a lean, trustworthy data model and enforce data quality where data enters.
- Keep integrations reliable using native connectors where suitable, and add error handling and monitoring for custom integrations.
- Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine work.
- Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and use support findings to prioritize improvements.
- Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production.
