Requirements

- Have experience collaborating with product designers and engineering teams.
- Be able to work cross-functionally, gather customer insights, and translate complex requirements into product initiatives.
- Demonstrate prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Be able to take ownership of initiatives and drive progress in a distributed team environment.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively to influence stakeholders and align teams around a product vision.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work with a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the area of responsibility.
- Lead product initiatives from opportunity identification and requirements gathering through execution, launch, and improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product design, senior leadership, and subject-matter experts on user-centered solutions.
- Gather, prioritize, and address customer and internal stakeholder needs across product lines.
- Maintain cross-functional alignment and momentum in a remote-first environment.
- Balance long-term strategy and core development with urgent customer escalations and changing business priorities.
- Make product decisions and continuously improve the payroll product experience.
