- Have 6+ years of experience, with significant time in product management.
- Bring a business-outcomes mindset focused on ROI, revenue, customer impact, and the broader business.
- Demonstrate high ownership and accountability for product success or failure.
- Be comfortable defining and solving problems in ambiguous situations.
- Show a proven ability to influence without authority and build a compelling case with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Have experience working directly with customers and turning customer learning into a prioritized, justified plan.
- Bring strong commercial and analytical skills, including comfort building and owning a P&L or investment model.
- Business-focused and technical backgrounds are both welcome.
Responsibilities
- Own the success of the Canadian market across Quandri’s product portfolio and the return on Canadian investments.
- Meet Canadian customers to understand the market, their workflows, and product gaps.
- Build and own the Canadian market investment strategy, including unmet needs, prioritized investments, resources, and outcomes.
- Present and justify priorities to leadership stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Management and engineering leads across products to coordinate dependencies and follow through on delivery.
- Find and deliver quick wins for Canadian customers.
- Ensure Canadian customers know about the value Quandri already delivers for them.
