Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related function.
- Experience in digital health, healthcare, or another fast-growing technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience as a direct people manager.
- Experience setting operational roadmaps, managing senior individual contributors, delegating, coaching, and supporting professional development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, product implementation, platform launches, and technology-enabled operational workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, EHR systems, Zendesk, Asana, and Jira is valuable.
- Experience working directly with clinicians, healthcare providers, or clinical leadership.
- Ability to balance clinical workflow requirements, operational standards, and product growth objectives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using operational and product performance metrics to assess adoption, measure outcomes, identify trends, and guide continuous improvement.
- Ability to present complex information clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and negotiate priorities across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop Product Implementation team members, including senior individual contributors.
- Set team priorities and delegate responsibilities.
- Lead operational planning and execution of product enhancements, policy updates, and launches throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Business leaders to identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and align priorities.
- Develop and maintain implementation frameworks, launch playbooks, and scalable operational processes.
- Partner with Systems Architecture and technical teams to align product capabilities with data infrastructure, including Salesforce and EHR systems.
- Oversee implementation communications, training, and enablement for providers and clinical operations teams.
- Use operational data, adoption metrics, and product performance indicators to evaluate launches and improve implementation quality.
