Job Details

Have 4–8 years of experience supporting IT operations.
Bring experience procuring software and hardware for internal use.
Have experience managing vendor relationships to maintain a consistent supply of required equipment.
Have strong working knowledge of Google Suite; Google administration experience is preferred.
Be skilled in organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
Bring adaptability and flexibility.
Know IT systems and security best practices.
Have post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
Experience with SOC and ISO certification processes is a nice-to-have.
Experience supporting systems migration is a nice-to-have.
Experience in a distributed or remote-first environment is a nice-to-have.

Serve as the main point of contact for employee help desk inquiries, requests, and problems, and resolve them promptly.
Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and software to support day-to-day operations.
Manage systems and access for organizational IT systems and software.
Administer Google and manage licenses and contracts for IT systems and software.
Procure equipment and maintain an up-to-date centralized hardware log for office and distributed equipment.
Partner with People and Culture on employee onboarding and offboarding, including training, hardware procurement, and system setup.
Partner with the Director of Engineering to implement and maintain IT security and controls.
Oversee the SOC 2 compliance audit process and ensure controls are followed throughout the year.
Identify and implement automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Stay current on operational IT and security best practices.
