Requirements
- Lead and support architects and engineers in a player-coach model.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, clear feedback, and support for team members' career development.
- Support client delivery and cloud platform solution development.
- Apply a consultative approach to client and peer relationships.
- Support delivery excellence for cloud platform solutions on clients' Azure journeys.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor cloud platform architects and engineers, provide feedback, and help remove blockers.
- Assess team capabilities and develop upskilling plans and career growth paths.
- Set practice priorities and oversee staffing and resource alignment across teams.
- Support strategic accounts, address complex client needs, and serve as a project escalation point.
- Facilitate project change orders and extensions, keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- Support cloud platform solution innovation and scalable delivery standards.
- Develop customer roadmaps, deepen client relationships, and manage delivery escalations with client stakeholders.
- Monitor delivered revenue, utilization, project profitability, and gross margin, taking corrective action as needed.
- Contribute to new service offerings and champion AI adoption and team upskilling.
