Requirements
- Bring expert-level solution architecture experience.
- Have at least three years of relevant work in solution architecture and engineering analytics.
- Have a deep understanding of software engineering toolchains and their data flows.
- Have strong knowledge of engineering performance, engineering productivity, and DORA metrics.
- Have experience with Developer Experience (DevEx) measurement and the SPACE framework.
- Bring strong technical architecture and data integration capabilities.
- Be fluent in English.
- Atlassian DX and familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence are desirable.
- Experience with engineering intelligence or developer productivity platforms is desirable.
- German language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess the existing engineering performance tool and its technical architecture.
- Review software engineering toolchains, integrations, and end-to-end data flows.
- Evaluate how DORA metrics, Developer Experience (DevEx), and the SPACE framework are supported.
- Identify architectural gaps, data-quality issues, and opportunities to improve engineering productivity insights.
- Develop practical recommendations for technical architecture, data integration, and measurement approaches.
- Engage with engineering and technology stakeholders to communicate findings.
