Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in FX/CFD sales or financial services sales.
- Be fluent in English and one additional language; Arabic, Malaysian/Indonesian, or other languages are preferred.
- Have strong closing and negotiation skills and a track record in lead conversion.
- Bring experience in client relationship management and retention strategies.
- Be proficient with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Be able to work across multiple time zones.
- An existing client portfolio or network of traders is a nice-to-have.
- Prior experience in IB/affiliate recruitment is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and retain existing accounts within FX/CFD trading markets.
- Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and closing skills.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive trading activity and retention.
- Use CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
- Identify and explore sales opportunities across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally in client interactions.
