- Bring proven expertise in paid marketing, content strategy, and community engagement.
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into strategic action.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote-first, startup-like environment.
- Direct prop trading experience or strong familiarity with trader behaviour and trading communities is a strong advantage.
- Experience in fintech, trading, affiliate marketing, or performance-driven environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and growth marketing strategy.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, and influencers.
- Develop and execute a content strategy for blogs, social media, educational resources, and video.
- Build and grow trading communities on Discord, Telegram, and X.
- Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimise for ROI.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing with the user journey.
- Manage marketing budgets and external resources, including freelancers, agencies, and creators.
