Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in FX/CFD trading operations and risk management.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in risk controls, trade lifecycle, and margin methodologies.
- Have working knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms and their integration into trading environments.
- Have proven experience managing high-performing teams within regulated brokerages.
- Operate under pressure and make data-driven decisions in real time.
- Communicate and lead effectively across departments and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day trading operations, ensuring system integrity, trade accuracy, and efficient workflows.
- Develop and maintain real-time risk monitoring tools and escalation protocols across asset classes.
- Lead integration of MT4/MT5 platforms with internal systems and external partners.
- Ensure regulatory reporting compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supervise cross-functional teams involved in risk, trading operations, and post-trade processes.
- Liaise with liquidity providers, technology vendors, and brokers to ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Support automation and enhancements to the firm’s risk management architecture.
- Advise senior leadership on operational risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and process improvements.
