Requirements
- Have 8–10 years of experience in a senior dealing or trading operations role within FX/CFD brokerages.
- Have proven experience leading a team of 5 or more in a high-paced dealing environment.
- Have strong knowledge of MT5 trading platforms and multi-asset product execution.
- Understand liquidity provider relationships and bridge technologies such as FXCubic.
- Have exposure to risk management methodologies and execution analytics.
- Demonstrate decision-making under pressure and a strong sense of accountability.
- Familiarity with toxic flow identification and management strategies is a nice-to-have.
- Practical experience with A/B book execution models is a nice-to-have.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including CySEC, FCA, and FSC, is a nice-to-have.
- Prior exposure to prime brokerage or institutional liquidity setups is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dealing desk, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades across all instruments.
- Monitor and optimise liquidity provider performance and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Oversee real-time risk exposure and make strategic decisions on execution flow, including A/B book management.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to meet regulatory standards.
- Analyse flow quality, assess toxicity, and propose execution or routing improvements.
- Implement and manage connectivity with trading infrastructure, including FXCubic and other bridges.
- Coach and mentor the dealing team to maintain performance and compliance standards.
