- Commercial mindset and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Combines people management, operational execution, and business growth expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
- Manage daily operations, workflows, deadlines, and performance.
- Oversee marketing activities, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and platform growth.
- Support the expansion of the international network of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
- Work closely with the founder to translate business priorities into measurable results.
- Improve operational efficiency, accountability, and team productivity.
