Requirements
- Have strong experience in web hosting services.
- Have hands-on experience administering WHMCS.
- Have experience maintaining and building WHMCS modules.
- Have experience with third-party and API integrations.
- Be proficient in PHP and CSS coding.
- Have a solid understanding of web development principles.
- Be familiar with front-end and back-end coding languages and development frameworks.
- Be familiar with WordPress.
- Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and reporting tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WHMCS modules and third-party integrations aligned with product roadmaps.
- Update WHMCS TPL templates and implement coding changes.
- Create hooks connecting WHMCS billing with external tools, software, and services.
- Ensure WHMCS data accuracy in collaboration with Billing and IT teams.
- Research and resolve issues, bugs, and data inaccuracies in the billing system.
- Manage data replication and translation from the billing system into the data warehouse.
- Pull data from Billing, Ticket, Chat, and Phone systems into the Web Hosting Data Warehouse using ETL jobs.
- Maintain the data warehouse database and optimize performance in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Extract data into BI reporting tools and extend reporting functionality with Java and Angular.
