Hold a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
Have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the food service industry.
Bring experience in direct sales management and key account management.
Have experience managing food brokers and distributor relationships.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the food service channel and customer landscape.
Show a proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bring communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Be willing to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

Retain and expand the food service customer base within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Develop territory growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
Manage and support food brokers to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
Collaborate with customers, brokers, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Represent the company at local and national trade shows and industry events.
Serve as a product and industry resource for customers and business partners.
