Requirements
- Be a university graduate, or a college graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Be tech-savvy; the interview will focus on this.
- Have experience in HR or a strong interest in learning about HR, HR operations, and software.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and produce clean, complete, and accurate work.
- Learn new software quickly and be interested in mastering a platform.
- Be willing to work flexibly when hours do not follow a regular nine-to-five pattern.
- Excelled in school and genuinely enjoyed assignments and research.
Responsibilities
- Support Consultants as clients move through the HR4Way process.
- Review client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with the HR4Way.
- Audit new setups against checklists for organization, flow, and completeness before handoff.
- Support assigned clients while learning employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and dealer culture.
- Use the Reports & Analytics app to surface insights across the client network.
- Re-run reports and bring recommendations back to the team as part of special projects.
- Help update resources across the client network.
- Maintain Jira as a daily task board and plan setup support, audits, and reporting in advance.
- Learn the micro-learning methodology and progress from supporting sessions to delivering them.
