Requirements
- Be located in Spain.
- Have 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams and using project management techniques.
- Have direct experience with observability.
- Know best practices for using and deploying observability stacks, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
- Have experience with Grafana products, preferably Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, and Jaeger/Tempo.
- Demonstrate successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
- Have experience with Kubernetes; kubectl, Helm, and Tanka are preferred.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Be able to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members.
- Be able to understand complex business and technology requirements and translate them into solution designs.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, including business executives, project managers, and IT development staff.
- Distill business needs into business and technical requirements.
- Design solutions for complex business and technology requirements, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion with best practices and technical consulting.
- Deliver customer training and jumpstart engagements.
- Guide project execution and ensure Grafana capabilities align with customer architecture, goals, and constraints.
- Advocate for standards and best practices and stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
- Identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and collaborate with internal teams on product and offering improvements.
