Requirements
- Have significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation across complex, multi-team organizations.
- Demonstrate strategic judgment and business acumen connecting technology investments, capacity, and execution to measurable business outcomes.
- Bring deep expertise in enterprise portfolio management and resource planning.
- Have experience with program and project delivery and agile or product-based operating models.
- Demonstrate the ability to design and improve technology operating models, streamline processes, and lead organizational change.
- Have experience applying AI, automation, and modern technology platforms to improve business processes, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.
- Communicate and influence at executive level, navigate ambiguity, and build alignment across stakeholders.
- Bring experience building or reinventing technology portfolios and delivery capabilities, influencing enterprise investment and capacity decisions, or leveraging AI and automation in portfolio management and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise portfolio management, aligning technology investments, business priorities, product roadmaps, and delivery commitments with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Establish prioritization and resource allocation models that balance operational needs, continuous improvement, foundational investments, and strategic transformation.
- Design and lead a unified, AI-enabled technology intake and work management capability for routing requests and establishing ownership and accountability.
- Establish and evolve portfolio, program, project, and agile delivery practices to improve execution, manage dependencies, and increase visibility into commitments and results.
- Use AI, intelligent automation, and modern work management technologies to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.
- Create an integrated view of enterprise demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance for executive decision-making.
- Streamline governance and standardize repeatable services while partnering across architecture, security, and technology teams to accelerate delivery and manage risk.
- Build executive partnerships and develop high-performing portfolio and delivery teams.
