Requirements
- Experience as a Solution Architect within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform and its ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of MGA operations, delegated underwriting, and insurance distribution models.
- Experience designing enterprise integration solutions using APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise insurance platforms.
- Understanding of insurance core systems, including policy administration, claims management, billing, and distribution.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive architectural decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
- Preferred: Cloud-native architecture and digital transformation experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Preferred: Familiarity with modern AI technologies and intelligent automation platforms.
- Preferred: Agile experience and experience leading distributed development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using InsureMO APIs, microservices, and its integration framework.
- Define scalable, secure, high-performing architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of the InsureMO platform.
- Design solutions for policy administration, claims management, billing, and distribution channels.
- Integrate InsureMO with core insurance systems.
- Design solutions for MGA operations, delegated underwriting, reporting, regulatory requirements, and distribution processes.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into underwriting, claims processing, fraud detection, and customer engagement workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams and establish integration, microservices, API design, security, and performance practices.
- Partner with enterprise architects, engagement leads, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
