Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects.
- Have a strong background in transformation initiatives.
- Have experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Be able to write high-quality requirements in English.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Insurance-environment knowledge is a strong advantage.
- SQL and data analysis skills, including Databricks, are nice to have.
- Experience with finance/reporting or data architecture initiatives is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance/accounting and experience with Agile delivery are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Gather and structure business and transformation requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear IT and data work items.
- Analyze as-is and to-be processes and data flows.
- Support finance reporting and data architecture initiatives involving Databricks and Power BI.
- Collaborate with transformation, business, and development teams.
- Define and document requirements, business rules, and data logic.
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and BAU handover.
