Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, or sales automation roles.
- Have proven expertise using Clay for workflow building and enrichment; Clay experience is mandatory.
- Have strong experience with outbound tools such as Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead.
- Be proficient with CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Have experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools such as Zapier and Make.
- Bring an analytical mindset and experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience supporting remote sales teams or SDR functions is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Clay workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Design and optimise outbound GTM systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Zapier.
- Develop automated workflows for prospecting, scoring, and routing leads.
- Enrich contact and company data using APIs and third-party data providers.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse outbound performance metrics and optimise targeting strategies.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
- Test and implement tools, integrations, and automation strategies.
