Requirements
- Have proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Know REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to customer support.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV and basic search/index concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, API clients such as Postman, or logs is preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, network request routing, and HTTP is preferred.
- Familiarity with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and support them through onboarding.
- Guide customers on integrating with Constructor's APIs and using open source libraries.
- Resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
- Help customers upload catalog data and configure facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and result retrieval.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear explanations and act as a liaison to other technical resources.
- Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions.
- Improve integration documentation and customer onboarding.
