- Experience building and delivering programs, not only coordinating them.
- Comfort speaking in front of a group and running sessions.
- Professional English at C1/C2 level.
- LMS platform experience is a nice to have.
- Experience partnering with teams is a nice to have.
- Experience in a fast-growing company building its people function is a nice to have.
- Exposure to performance review cycles, leveling, or compensation structures is a nice to have.
- Experience using AI tools to make your own work faster is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design and run training programs for individual contributors and managers.
- Deliver live and remote training sessions to groups of 5 to 30 people.
- Build learning paths tied to the company’s leveling framework.
- Turn top performers’ practices into content for the rest of the company.
- Own the onboarding experience from offer through day 90.
- Run onboarding sessions for new joiners across countries and improve onboarding based on their feedback.
- Run 30-, 60-, 90- and 180-day check-ins.
- Partner with team leads on development plans and support the twice-yearly performance review cycle.
- Automate suitable processes and build reporting to assess whether programs are working.
