Requirements
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or educational equivalent of 1 to 2 years of related work experience demonstrating quantitative and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to think swiftly and critically.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teammates, other departments, and external customers.
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload and frequent deadlines.
- Work a swing-shift rotation in 9-hour increments, including nights, weekends, and holidays, covering 7:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Confirm and schedule nominations daily in accordance with FERC cycle requirements.
- Communicate EQT Midstream processes and procedures to customers.
- Ensure required reports are accurately posted on the EQT Midstream EBB.
- Save required SOX documentation to appropriate files.
- Maintain compliance with NAESB and FERC regulatory guidelines.
- Respond to customers via email, telephone, and ICE Chat about EBB issues, nomination requests, retroactive nomination requests, and pipeline questions.
- Work rotating 9-hour shifts covering the stated service hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
