Job Details

Have 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
Demonstrate expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
Bring advanced web animation experience with GSAP, including ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas, or WebGL/Three.js.
Have advanced Tailwind CSS experience, including custom design systems, theming, and complex responsive layouts.
Have hands-on experience with React or Next.js.
Deliver pixel-perfect work from high-end designs, with a strong eye for detail and motion.
Be able to lead front-end projects independently with minimal oversight.
Have strong debugging and cross-browser/device testing skills.
Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor daily.
Have professional English proficiency, written and spoken.
Be able to work US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.

Build visually engaging, highly interactive web experiences for a consumer brand.
Create smooth, high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions.
Turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
Build scalable, cross-browser UI components using Tailwind CSS and modern CSS.
Lead front-end work independently and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
Optimize animation-heavy pages for performance, including rendering, paint, and asset loading.
Implement accessible experiences with ARIA, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support.
Take part in code reviews and use AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in the daily workflow.
