Requirements
- Have 7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis.
- Have experience using SQL to query and analyze data.
- Have experience using Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Have experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
- Hold an associate's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in analytics, cloud technologies, data engineering, or visualization tools are preferred.
- Experience with Databricks, PySpark, or modern cloud analytics platforms is preferred.
- Experience performing predictive analytics and statistical modeling is preferred.
- Experience supporting Federal Government customers is preferred.
- Experience with large, complex, or mission-critical datasets is preferred.
- Experience with risk analytics, resilience analysis, infrastructure analysis, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Experience with geospatial or location-based analytics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports for decision makers.
- Support data preparation, transformation, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Conduct statistical and quantitative analysis using modern analytical tools and techniques.
- Support predictive analytics, risk analysis, and scenario-based assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate analytical findings and assumptions.
- Document methodologies, data sources, and analytical results.
- Support enterprise data management and data governance initiatives.
- Assist in developing repeatable analytical processes and automated reporting capabilities.
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
