Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management, implementation, and/or client relationship management experience.
- Experience within the benefits administration space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain productivity, reliability, responsibility, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative and address challenges with resourcefulness while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations on the bswift platform.
- Coordinate go-live, events-in-transition, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
- Manage timelines and keep executive leadership updated on governance and execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating when appropriate and communicating delivery dates.
- Lead transition kick-off, knowledge transfer, training, and status meetings.
- Ensure required implementation documentation is completed and understood by receiving teams.
- Hold implementation, client services, service center, and center of excellence teams accountable for key milestones.
- Monitor client health after go-live and create feedback loops to support lessons learned and continuous improvement.
- Track industry trends and recommend changes to the company’s client service approach.
