Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience working in an HR Business Partner role.
Bring experience in some of these HR disciplines: employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices or organizational design.
Have working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
Have experience working with global teams.
Use and interpret data and apply a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Demonstrate the ability to build credibility with all levels of an organization.
Be able to multitask and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Bring meticulous organization and planning skills.
Experience working with APAC teams is desirable.
Experience using HR or talent management systems such as Workday or Culture Amp is desirable.

Advise managers and leaders on people needs, organizational structures, performance management, complex people issues, compensation and recognition.
Scope job roles with management and support career development and coaching.
Run bi-annual feedback and development processes, including promotion processes.
Partner on improvements following engagement surveys and analyze exit and attrition trends to develop proactive solutions.
Own people compliance within the business area.
Resolve employee relations issues and advise team members on development and career goals.
Upskill managers and serve as a point of contact for HR issues, escalating issues when appropriate.
Help develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and oversee insight-based project work to deliver HR programs and services.
