Job Details

Have 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or deal desk.
Have hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows and automations.
Understand quote-to-cash processes, including quote line items, order forms, and booked ARR.
Be able to build Salesforce reports and dashboards and reconcile figures across systems.
Be able to explain reporting discrepancies clearly to sales leaders.
Have a B2B SaaS background and understand SaaS deal structures and revenue recognition.
Be comfortable owning a request queue and turning requests around in hours rather than days.
Use resourcefulness to learn unfamiliar processes and tools, including AI tools such as Claude.
Experience with Ironclad or another contract lifecycle tool is a plus.
Experience with QuotaPath or a similar commissions tool is a plus.
Salesforce Administrator certification, CPQ experience, Tableau experience, or experience building RevOps from scratch at an early-stage company is a plus.

Own quote line items, term-length logic, and order forms in Salesforce.
Manage Ironclad contract workflows and the Stripe-to-Salesforce ARR sync.
Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce flows, formulas, and automations.
Own the Salesforce request queue during US hours and help account executives set up deals correctly.
Support QuotaPath commissions and partner with the COO on deal reviews and pay discrepancies.
Maintain accurate pipeline, renewal, ARR, and territory dashboards, and build new reporting views as requested.
Own recurring data fixes and keep RevOps process documentation current.
