Requirements
- Have 2+ years of Finance/Operations experience in a high-tech environment.
- Have order entry experience preferred.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business or a similar field.
- Have proficiency with Salesforce and MS Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
- Build strong working relationships with internal business units and across regions.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Be willing to cover various time zones and work extra hours as needed.
- Salesforce CPQ experience is a bonus.
- Gemini AI experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Finance, Legal, Support, and other business partners to facilitate review and approval processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams on complex pricing and commercial terms, providing options to help Sales address customer objections and maximize revenue and bookings.
- Build and review order forms for accuracy, obtain and document required approvals, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Deliver ongoing education and training to help Sales understand and comply with non-standard deal processes.
- Prepare and review order forms, legal agreements, customer purchase orders, and quotes for compliance with revenue recognition and Deal Desk policies.
- Maintain SFDC data quality for proposed and closed quotes and deals, including customer entitlements, new deal logos, commission levels, and deal amounts.
