- Experience
- 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients; 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
Requirements
- Hold an active Pennsylvania LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license.
- Have at least 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Be available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
- For the W2 part-time track, work 20 contracted hours per week, including 17 direct care hours.
- For the 1099 contractor track, commit to at least 10 open patient-care hours per week to achieve a baseline minimum of 8 completed clinical hours per week.
- Anchor available hours in peak core windows: after 3:00 PM on weekdays and/or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as their caregivers.
- Deliver virtual and in-person therapy.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
- Understand patients' and families' needs and support engagement in treatment.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
