Experience: Extensive experience in senior finance roles (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or FP&A Lead)
Required Skills: Microsoft ExcelGoogle Sheets

Have extensive experience in senior finance roles such as CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or FP&A Lead.
Bring expert financial modeling skills, including forecasts, budgets, and multi-scenario models.
Have a strong accounting foundation, including GAAP, financial statements, accrual accounting, and month-end close.
Demonstrate experience managing liquidity, working capital, and runway in a scaling business.
Understand modern AI tools and how to use them to accelerate analysis and reporting.
Be able to communicate financial insights clearly to the CEO and leadership team.
Have experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and dashboards.
Be familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity and prompt engineering.
Be familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.
CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is a plus.
Staffing, recruiting, or agency experience; US tax and entity knowledge; or fundraising and M&A experience are bonuses.

Build and own annual financial plans and long-range projections.
Maintain rolling revenue, expense, and profitability forecasts and model scenarios.
Lead annual budgeting, monitor budget variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, collections, and payroll funding.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, dashboards, and finance KPIs.
Analyze profitability by client, service line, and team, and present insights to the CEO and leadership team.
Advise the CEO on growth, pricing, investments, risk, and financial targets.
Establish internal controls, approval workflows, and audit readiness; oversee bookkeeping, close, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with external CPAs, tax advisors, and auditors on filings and compliance.
Build finance SOPs, optimize finance tools and automations, and guide finance or bookkeeping support.
