Requirements
- Have at least seven years of experience in digital project management.
- Have at least five years of experience independently leading complex projects.
- Bring experience and understanding of graphic design, web design, prototyping, user experience, motion graphics, content production, and online campaign tentpoles.
- Have experience managing interactive projects across multiple digital platforms.
- Understand file specifications, file types, aspect ratios, and resolution for static and motion assets.
- Have experience with, or willingness to learn, a Content Management System.
- Have experience managing content calendars and asset tracking and coordination.
- Be proficient in Google Sheets and Slides.
- Have familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies, particularly HTML5 and mobile.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, including in one-on-one and large-group settings.
- Bring strong organization, attention to detail, analytical and numeracy skills, and experience working under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Structure and scope complex digital and interactive projects with multiple work streams.
- Lead development of marketing content for multiple digital platforms and stakeholders.
- Prioritize projects and ongoing changes in real time.
- Refine interactive processes based on project requirements.
- Provide interactive marketing insights and strategy.
- Own project management from start to finish.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
