Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level graphic design experience with strong end-to-end execution skills.
- Provide a professional portfolio and a short list of recent, relevant projects.
- Experience creating visual content for digital, print, and video formats.
- Understanding of brand identity systems, visual frameworks, and design guidelines.
- Proficiency with professional graphic design tools and preparation of production-ready assets.
- Figma experience is an advantage, particularly for layouts and developer handoff.
- Experience creating 3D graphics or video content is desirable; Canva familiarity is beneficial.
- Corporate, business-to-business, or professional services experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests independently and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in North America and available during Eastern Time working hours.
- Accommodate approximately 15–20 hours of work per month, with flexibility for occasional seasonal increases.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines and visual frameworks.
- Create visual assets for digital, print, and video, including marketing materials, event collateral, presentations, internal communications, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and management to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and recommend design solutions.
- Prepare layouts, specifications, visual references, and implementation guidance for web developer handoff.
- Support seasonal initiatives and periods of increased design demand.
- Review work for accuracy, visual consistency, technical readiness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage design requests, organize workloads, communicate progress, and deliver projects within an approximately 15–20-hour monthly commitment.
- Recommend refinements to visual systems, workflows, and creative approaches.
