- Have 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Have 5+ years of experience in AI or legal tech.
- Marketing experience at an AI or tech startup is preferred.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Be able to develop marketing strategy and execute campaigns hands-on, from planning and copywriting through launch and analysis.
- Be able to translate complex AI and legal technology concepts into clear messaging for law firm audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support growth, pipeline, brand, and commercial objectives.
- Translate business priorities into marketing plans with measurable goals, and manage campaigns through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Own demand generation strategy and create campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Partner with Sales and Legal Engineering to align marketing activity with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Write and edit website, blog, email, social media, advertising, sales collateral, and other customer-facing copy.
- Develop market positioning and messaging based on understanding customers, competitors, and the legal technology landscape.
- Improve website content, landing pages, customer journeys, SEO, email marketing, automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Lead marketing for industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and other field marketing initiatives; track event performance and ROI.
- Define and report on marketing KPIs, provide performance insights to leadership, and optimize marketing through testing and data.
