Requirements
- Have 5+ years of industry experience building as a backend engineer.
- Bring expertise in Golang.
- Bring expertise in Kubernetes.
- Have experience with Terraform or a comparable infrastructure-as-code tool.
- Understand cloud-native architecture.
- Have solid knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider.
- Have strong production debugging skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrate effective cross-team collaboration and communication.
- Work independently, take initiative, and drive projects with ownership and autonomy.
- Use customer feedback and insights to inform and improve product development.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and scale the data onboarding platform to handle increasing volumes of data in real time.
- Own and evolve infrastructure across AWS, with expansion to GCP and Azure.
- Improve deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational processes.
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions affecting platform scalability and resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support system reliability and respond to production incidents.
- Improve systems using operational metrics, customer feedback, and evolving business requirements.
