Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of product management experience.
- Have a proven track record of launching impactful consumer web or mobile products.
- Demonstrate user-centric thinking, user experience skills, and product sense.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, consider multiple perspectives, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Communicate complex customer problems precisely in writing and verbally.
- Bring comfort with AI and strong judgment about its use.
Responsibilities
- Lead a significant portion of the product experience and be accountable for business outcomes.
- Conduct user research and lightweight tests to scope and prioritize product initiatives.
- Turn ambitious ideas into business and product cases, secure resources, and lead execution with clear success criteria.
- Use deep learnings and insights alongside traditional metrics to inform product decisions.
- Partner with marketing, engineering, design, data, and applied science teams to ideate, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
- Coordinate across teams to establish project understanding and alignment.
- Drive high-impact initiatives from seed to scale and sunset or cull initiatives that do not meet success criteria.
