- Have strong organizational skills and accurately document patient details and interactions.
- Respond quickly to incoming inquiries and treat each lead as a priority.
- Handle objections and work independently in a healthcare environment.
- Be motivated by measurable results and consistent follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Contact new medical referrals and incoming leads from physicians, attorneys, and digital marketing sources to convert them into scheduled evaluations.
- Follow up consistently with pending leads to improve conversion and respond promptly to patient needs.
- Enter, update, and track patient information in CRM, EMR, and internal tracking systems.
- Monitor and report daily call volume, conversions, and scheduled evaluations.
- Communicate with patients, referral partners, and internal clinical teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical departments to streamline patient flow and improve the intake experience.
