Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of Project or Programme Management experience, with clear progression.
- Have experience leading complex, high-value client engagements.
- Be able to manage multiple workstreams, cross-team dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders.
- Bring commercial and P&L experience, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and scope or change management.
- Have experience leading and developing delivery teams, including globally distributed teams.
- Demonstrate governance, risk management, planning, reporting, and quality management skills.
- Have experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, pitches, and account growth initiatives.
- Be comfortable using AI tools and data to automate reporting and improve delivery decisions.
- Have experience in an agency, consultancy, Martech, or technology environment.
- Have English proficiency at C1 level.
- Desirable: experience managing significant digital agency or Martech consultancy accounts.
- Desirable: knowledge of CRM, Braze, Snowflake, and data-driven delivery; Braze certification or strong platform knowledge.
- Desirable: MSP Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent programme-level certification.
- For contractors, provide proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across complex, multi-workstream client engagements, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and programme health.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for clients and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting.
- Manage account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests.
- Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams across workstreams.
- Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members.
- Contribute delivery input to RFPs, proposals, and pitches, and identify account growth opportunities.
- Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Improve delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working.
