Requirements
- Have previous experience at a beauty brand, beauty retailer, or agency focused on beauty clients.
- Have 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
- Bring hands-on campaign experience and fluency with Meta and TikTok.
- Demonstrate a track record of account growth and retention, supported by numbers.
- Have experience measured against revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs.
- Have leadership experience, including running 1:1s, managing workload, or supporting team performance.
- Integrate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve execution, insight, and workflows.
- Be able to speak confidently about the revenue impact of accounts managed.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
- Coordinate across client teams and internal Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams.
- Translate campaign data into actionable plans and present performance against KPIs.
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns.
- Manage renewal timelines and identify opportunities to upsell and drive Net Revenue Retention.
- Forecast and optimize campaign performance, and apply learnings to future programs.
- Maintain clean tracking, monitor team capacity, improve inefficient processes, and ensure client feedback is captured.
