Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in RevOps or GTM engineering.
- Bring deep Salesforce or HubSpot experience and be able to ramp up quickly on other systems.
- Build daily with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Use Python and SQL to fix generated code.
- Follow GitHub hygiene practices, including small commits, branches, worktrees, pull requests, and in-repository documentation.
- Build per-company permissions and self-running automations.
- Use least privilege, store secrets in a vault, and do not paste secrets in chat.
- Maintain per-company data separation; use dry runs and approvals before irreversible steps, and build idempotent jobs.
- Keep tasks organized in one place, capture notes, and maintain a short log.
- Nice to have: experience with outbound and GTM or revenue roles, including sequences, SDR/AE needs, do-not-call lists, and ICP rules.
- Nice to have: administration of multiple CRMs and rolling out the same systems across companies.
- Nice to have: contact enrichment, data sourcing, or AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Get data access from companies; ingest, clean, deduplicate, load, and route data into a CRM in Emergence's name.
- Configure CRM fields, pipelines, permissions, and suppression.
- Connect CRMs, Slack, notes tools, and calendars using APIs, webhooks, OAuth, MCPs, cron jobs, and VMs.
- Manage authentication, rate limits, app registrations, and sync fixes.
- Map processes in Figma or a similar tool before building and keep the maps current.
- Document each build as a playbook.
- Expand the scope of GTM systems work to other verticals such as sourcing and talent.
