Requirements
- Have proven inbound or outbound calling experience in appointment setting, sales development, patient bookings, or a similar role.
- Be able to handle 80+ calls per day using a dialler.
- Have a warm, empathetic telephone manner, strong listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with prospective patients.
- Have excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, neutral accent suited to communicating with a UK audience, particularly people aged 55 and above.
- Have experience using HubSpot and Aircall, or comparable CRM and dialler systems.
- Pay strong attention to detail when logging interactions and follow-ups.
- Be available to work UK evening hours and Saturdays.
- Have a reliable home office setup, stable internet connection, and backup power.
- Healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or patient-care experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Contact new patient enquiries within minutes of submission and maintain fast response times.
- Engage prospective patients with a warm, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Listen to prospective patients’ needs and guide them toward booking a free consultation with a Treatment Coordinator.
- Manage approximately 80 calls per day using a predictive dialler.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain a consistent flow of booked consultations.
- Accurately record calls, follow-ups, and patient interactions in the CRM.
- Work toward booking and conversion targets.
