Have 2+ years of customer-facing experience in onboarding, implementation, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
Have a bachelor’s degree.
Have experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer experience.
Have experience guiding customers through setup, integrations, or product adoption conversations.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with customers.
Have a track record of helping customers take action quickly and achieve early success.
Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions and documentation.
Be comfortable working across multiple products, processes, and customer needs.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial software is preferred.
Familiarity with AP, spend management, accounting software, or related workflows is a plus.

Meet with newly signed customers and guide onboarding conversations across AP/AR and Spend & Expense.
Guide customers through initial setup, platform configuration, integrations, and startup activities.
Help customers understand core workflows and adopt the platform quickly.
Drive customer activation during onboarding calls whenever possible.
Identify customer questions, risks, blockers, and needs in real time.
Maintain accurate system documentation and clear notes throughout onboarding.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other cross-functional teams.
Share feedback on customer pain points, process gaps, and opportunities to improve onboarding.
