  • Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Have experience with trial preparation.
  • Have experience with discovery and depositions.
  • Have experience with motion practice.
  • Be able to manage multiple cases.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Be admitted to the California state bar and in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters.
  • Handle matters involving premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and/or nursing home cases.
  • Work on cases in state and federal courts.
