Requirements
- Have near-native written and spoken English; the role involves speaking with U.S. sellers on every shift.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and consistent, accurate record keeping.
- Be confident making outbound calls and sending texts.
- Have strong prioritization skills and be comfortable learning CRM systems.
- Be available full time during U.S. business hours.
- Be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
- Automotive, document verification (KYC), QA, data entry, or remote review experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Review seller documents, including titles and registration records, for authenticity and accuracy.
- Check vehicle photos, trim levels, and mileage; flag problems and request corrections.
- Prioritize the Submitted queue and move qualified listings to Listed quickly.
- Call and text U.S. sellers to confirm details and intent to sell, and collect missing information.
- Answer basic questions from listed sellers about the auction and next steps; escalate complex questions to the listing agent.
- Tag and organize leads in the CRM, flag cancellation risks, and complete ghost follow-ups with approved scripts.
- Send clear notes to the Listing Team and meet daily and weekly quotas.
