Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or high-level Product Support roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Bazel.
- Demonstrate proficiency in gRPC.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python.
- Bring a team-first attitude and understand the collective health of the AU pod.
- Be able to document complex issues for a global, asynchronous audience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary responder for high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day.
- Work with the core product team to identify recurring support patterns.
- Develop fixes and feature enhancements based on recurring support patterns.
- Participate in daily handovers with EMEA and US teams to ensure continuity of operations.
- Share knowledge with team members.
- Perform code reviews.
