Requirements

  • Have 8+ years in product management; B2B, SaaS, platform, marketplace, or partner-integration product experience is preferred.
  • Have experience taking a product from an unclear problem through validation, MVP, and launch, ideally with an external partner or integration.
  • Be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data models, and system design with engineers.
  • Be able to write clear technical requirements.
  • Have vertical SaaS or industry-specific partnership experience, such as in real estate, financial services, or home services.
  • Have experience with revenue-share, co-sell, or embedded distribution models.
  • Have experience linking product work to business results such as acquisition, revenue, attach rate, or retention.
  • Have experience turning customer and market insight into product decisions, ideally for small-business or vertical audiences.
  • Have a track record of leading cross-functional work and driving results through influence.
  • Be able to make sound decisions with incomplete information and define structure where little exists.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and launch of partner-driven experiences across multiple industry verticals.
  • Build a reusable model for identifying, validating, and entering new verticals.
  • Define and ship integrations, embedded experiences, co-built offers, templates, and marketplace listings with partners.
  • Work with engineering on APIs, data flows, authentication, integration quality, reliability, security, and maintenance.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities for partner and customer onboarding, content creation, and automation.
  • Run discovery with partners and customers and turn findings into a roadmap and prioritized backlog.
  • Design pilots with success criteria and decide whether to scale, change, or stop based on data.
  • Align cross-functional teams and define packaging, pricing, revenue-share and co-sell models, launch plans, partner enablement, and ongoing support.
  • Set and track partner-product metrics, including partner-sourced accounts, activation, attach rate, retention, expansion, ASP, and revenue.
  • Share learnings and informally coach colleagues.
