Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency architecting and deploying complex solutions in MS Copilot Studio.
- Understand governance and security best practices for Copilot Studio.
- Have experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users.
- Understand intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows for citizen development.
- Have deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Understand low-code architecture.
- Be able to communicate technical concepts simply and create structured training paths and actionable documentation.
- Be able to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy.
- Understand system integration points and how to use connectors and APIs with Copilot Studio agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a self-service framework that guides non-technical users through agent creation in MS Copilot Studio.
- Develop step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers.
- Define scalable, secure, and compliant architecture for Copilot Studio environments.
- Integrate solutions with business systems using Power Automate and APIs.
- Mentor business users and provide deployment assistance.
- Act as the escalation point for complex agent configurations.
- Define the agent lifecycle from ideation and training through deployment, governance, and maintenance.
- Develop a strategy for promoting the support service and explaining its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
